As a keen hill walker, I have spent many weekends and holidays in the Lake District over the last 15 years. I can honestly say that this is probably my best 'find' in the Lakes in all this time.
The accommodation at Bridge End Farm is superb, the Eskdale valley is incredibly peaceful, even in July, and the mountain terrain of Upper Eskdale is magnificent, amongst the finest to be found in the Lakes. This combination made my stay here a truly magical experience. Thank you so much to Greg and Zarina who were extremely hospitable throughout my stay.
